Good Afternoon Parents,

Wow, I can't believe Thanksgiving break is here already, the time has been flying by. The house has been so busy! We had our 2nd Annual Halloween party on October 28th. It was a huge success; the boys raised $603.00 for the program and had a great time dancing the night away with all their friends. We carved pumpkins for Halloween. Believe it or not, they weren't crazy about the idea, but they were all good sports and made great pumpkins. I hope you were able to get the pictures that I sent to your e-mail. George & Malaquias have tried out for and made the cuts for the varsity basketball team, the games will be starting next week. Lenny has tried out for and made the cuts for the jv basketball team, the games will be starting next week as well. Dametris has been playing indoor lacrosse on top of his full course load. Andres is practicing for indoor track, with meets starting in the next few weeks. Carlos & Oneil are taking a little break from sports but plan to play indoor soccer when the season starts in January. The boys are all doing a great job with their study hours and a descent job with their chores. Report cards came in the mail on Friday, there were some pretty impressive grades! Overall everyone is doing a great job. The majority of the students are on honor roll, with one even on high honor roll! If you don't receive you copy in the mail please let me know and I would be happy to scan it in and e-mail it to you. If you have any concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us. I can't say it enough, your children are all wonderful and we couldn't ask for a better group of kids! We feel very lucky for having the opportunity to take care of them.
